Life on the Pharm
I have so much anger about the kleptocratic and sociopathic actions and inaction toward the impending dark age we are on the brink of. If our impact on the global climate doesn't kill us, or war, or social breakdown then we are getting off lightly and should count ourselves extremely lucky as we chew bark for moisture.

Here is a demonstration of the Shibashi (18 movements) Qi Gong sequence with a short warm up. This sequence was created by Lin Housheng in China (1979), and taught to me by Richard Lautsch in Summerland BC (2020). This video was recorded in Kamloops BC (may 2021).
